I love the set up of this book! It's an easy read that gives you all the information you need to kick off ur healthy lifestyle whether you are trying to lose some weight or just feel better all the way around.

Recipes look good, but many don't have the serving sizes. Book has some formatting problems, including repeating the same paragraph on the back cover. Says to know the difference between Net Carbs and Total Carbs, but doesn't explain what they are.
